Cupertino · Founding Cohort opens September 2026
We're building a new afternoon program for Cupertino homeschool families: peer connection, real specialist classes, and the community fabric of a TK–8 school, on a flexible 2- or 3-day rhythm. Twelve families, one Founding Cohort, September 2026.
This page is an early look. The full program details aren't public yet, but if it sounds like what you've been piecing together, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're building
You've already designed your morning: your curriculum, your charter, your child's rhythm. The Hub is the afternoon piece you've been trying to assemble across three or four providers. Specialists who actually know what they're doing. A real peer group, not the same four kids from a co-op. The community fabric of a school that's been running for years.
When the pandemic hit, a small group of homeschool families I knew needed something real for their kids, and weren't going to wait for the official options to figure it out. So we built it together. Full days, full academics, in living rooms and parks. We didn't know exactly what we were doing. We just knew the kids needed real school, and we needed each other.
What we built together became Leadways, the TK–8 school we run in Cupertino today. But as Leadways grew, some of those original families slowly drifted away. They were homeschool families. They wanted to stay homeschool families. What we'd built together had become something different from what they needed at the start, and somewhere along the way I lost touch with the version that worked for them.
The Hub is a return to that. Twelve homeschool families this first year, joining our afternoon classes alongside our full-time students, while mornings stay at home, your way. We have the teachers, the building, and the school community already running. The Hub is how we share it. If this sounds like what you've been looking for, raise your hand below, and we'll be in touch as we open applications.
